He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lowe of Brookeland; his children, Tommy Joe Lowe of Brookeland, Clifford Wesley Lowe of Brookeland, Lester Ray Carpenter (Stephanie) of San Augustine, Debra Kay Lowe of Brookeland, Kathy Elise Morton (John) of Brookeland, Samantha Renee Carpenter of Pineland, Carly Andrea of Brookeland, Blake Channing Fountain of Brookeland and Melissa Carruth; his sister Inez Cramer of Scrappin' Valley; and his grandchildren, Wesley Espitia, Leo Espitia, Gladys Miller, J. P. Lowe, William McClintock, Matthew McClintock, Gared Edenfield, Summer Lowe, Elise Lowe, Audra Lowe, Cayla Burlington, Hunter Carpenter, Elizabeth Carpenter and Gracie Carpenter. He is also survived by 27 great grandchildren.
