He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Mae Noble-Crenshaw and Hascal Franklin Crenshaw; and his sister Norma. He is survived by: his wife Pamala Davis; his children, Shanna Roland (Marcus), Tonya Richard (Josh), Leslie Culbertson (Jason), Kendra Davis, Kimberly Cramer (Freddie) and Brad Cooksey; his grandchildren, Kaytlyn, Drake, Gavin, Ashton, Olivia, Braden, Evan (Jasmine), Kaley, Emily, Cash and Beau; his great grandchild Jackson; his godson Cayde Cooksey; his sister Mary Bullerman (Rusty); his niece Mandy Varner (Ryan); and his nephews, Joseph Garcia and Stephen Bullerman (Dori). He is also survived by his five daughters, 11 grandchildren, and 1 great grandson.
