He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Ebarb and Viola Woodard Ebarb; his wife Thelma Louis Ebarb; his son Daniel Ebarb; his siblings, Helen Byle, T. J. Ebarb, Carl Ebarb and Artie Beck; and his great grandchild Hayley Eleina Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, David Ebarb (Janet) of Pineland, Randy Ebarb of Jennings, LA, Timothy Ebarb (Holly) of Hemphill, Betty Bealer (Henry) of Jennings, Rebecca O'Blanc (Timmie) of Egan, LA and Tammie Lopez (Richard) of Fairmount; his daughter-in-law Rachel Ebarb of Hemphill; and his siblings, Carnell Ebarb of San Augustine, Danny Ebarb of Bronson, Paul Ebarb (Helen) of Hemphill, Rex Ebarb, Jr. of Hemphill, Sue Wiley of Fort Worth and Melinda Shoemaker (Thomas) of Hemphill. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren.
