He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edwards and Pearl Edwards (Hallock); his wife Bonnie Edwards; his son Billy Gene Edwards; his granddaughter Niki Faye Edwards; his great grandchild Jake Walkup; and his daughter-in-law Shirley Edwards.
He is survived by: his sons, Ronnie Edwards of Bridgeport, Terry Edwards of Argyle and Donnie Edwards (Anita) of Bowie; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Edwards of Paradise; his grandchildren, Trena Gilfert (Chris), Jason Edwards (Misty), Blake Edwards, Chelsey Skiles (Hunter), Lynzi Carcamo (Adonis), Jenni Graniczny (Joseph) and Kim Ough; his great grandchildren, Jax, Luci, Marissa, Shelby, Chloe, Lokesh, Christi, Milton, Piper, Monte, Connor, Braisey and Chelcy; his great great grandchildren, Aubree, Liam and Nash; and his sister Peggy Waldo (Jack) of Duncan, Oklahoma.
