He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Felipe, Guadalupe Perez, Catarino Amaya and Maria Del Pilar Ibañez. He is survived by: his parents, Paulo Perez and Hermelinda Perez (Amaya); his siblings, Christopher Perez, Jr., Rafael Felix, Lewis Hernandez, Jocelyn Porter (Luke), Michelle Perez, Jennifer Delgado (Xavier) and Samantha Lusset Hernandez; his fiancée Jocelyne Medina; his nephews, Oliver, Jonathan, Saint Delgado, Gabriel and Michael Porter; and his niece Melanie Porter.
