She is survived by: her husband Richard Spinks; her siblings, Terry Peel, Mike Peel, Jimmy Wilhoit, Connie Rye and Kay Watkins; and her close friends, Bill, Virginia Nichols and Sheila Boggs. She is also survived by her loving family and friends.
