She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Velasquez and Mary Lou Velasquez (Najera); her husband Martin Casillas; her children, David Casillas, Helen Casillas and Juanita Salas; her siblings, Manuel Velasquez, Carmen Velasquez, Jovita Salazar, Juanita Martinez and Lupe Velasquez; and her son-in-law Jesse Martinez.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Lou Martinez of Ft. Worth, Josephine Morales (Joe) of Ft. Worth, Ida Gonzales (Santos) of Alvarado, Pauline Ramos (Robert) of Ft. Worth, Charley Casillas (Cecilia) of Ft. Worth and Martin Casillas, Jr. (Mary Helen) of Bridgeport. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, numerous great and great-greatgrandchildren, numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
