She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Gile and Esta Gile (Towell); her husband Keith Young; and her siblings, Eva Morris and Bill Gile, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Allan Young of Dublin, Texas, Julie Young of Bridgeport and Janette Files of Bridgeport; and her grandchildren, Sheree Gray, Jordan Files, Sophie Fillipelli, Gretchen Jensen, Hope Young and Viki Shade. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
