He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Henry and Margaret Louise Frailey (Romey); his wife Mary D. Frailey; his children, Belinda Neace (Archie) of Bridgeport, Loretta Gregg (Russell) of Bridgeport and Donny Frailey (Roni) of Plainfield, Connecticut; his grandchildren, Misty, Christy, Jessie, April, Amanda, James, Kevin, Kelly, Crystal, Christopher, Destiny, Jered, Kathy, Ashley, Mychelle and Scott; and his daughters, Carolyn Deike, Clementine Pawul and Lorraine Frailey. He was also cherished by 23 great-grandchildren.
