He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Smith; his children, Kristi (Steve), Eve (Barrett), Angela (James) and Kevin (Tiffanie); his grandchildren, Jacqueline (Bryson), Timothy (Bethany), Caleb (Brittany), Jacob, Joshua (Kinsey), Jamie, Zech (Kathy), Trevor, Daniel, Alex, Cody (Meagan), Nicolas (Michelle), Brianna (Andrew), Katie (Karsten), Alyson and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Trinity, Aria, Callie, Brynlee, Oaklyn, Jaxson, Caden, Caroline, Amelia, Josiah, Elowen, Cameron and Isabel; and his siblings, Jimmy, Donna and Judy.
