She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Smith (Dukes) and Frank Smith; and her siblings, Bill Smith, Roberta Brannon and Christine Green.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carlema (Terry McGahey) and Judy (Joseph Lafaver); and her sisters, Patsy Crouch of Bengal, Oklahoma and Barbara Green of Bengal, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren.
