He was predeceased by: his parents, Whit Caldwell and Jewell Caldwell (Wallace); his former wife Liz Skaggs Caldwell; his wife Marcy Pearce Caldwell; his grandson Tim Fowler; and his brother James Caldwell.
He is survived by: his daughter Maggie Fowler (Neal) of Arlington; and his grandson B. J. Fowler (Sandra) of Arlington. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and a host of friends.
