He was predeceased by: his parents, Porfirio Fraga and Adelina Fraga (Muñoz); his children, Jose Arturo Fraga, Daniel Fraga, Victor Alberto Fraga, Porfirio Fraga and Celia Eledinia Monge; and his siblings, Paulina Martinez, Aureliano Fraga, Alejandro Fraga and Domingo Fraga.
He is survived by: his children, Maria Adelita Mendoza (Ricardo) of Carrizo Springs, Juan Jose Fraga (Maria) of Van Alstyne, Marta Rangel (Ruperto) of Bridgeport, Yesenia Davila (Carlos) of Decatur, Jesus Humberto Fraga of Zaragoza Coahuila, Mexico, Leticia Leyva (Jesus) of Dallas, Aracely Rosas (Jose) of Bridgeport and Saul Fraga (Maryela) of Bridgeport; and his siblings, Eliazar Fraga, Alicia Fraga and Ermelinda Fraga. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
