She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Alexander Salter and Inez Salter (Mahaffey); her sister Norma Salter Scoggins; and her former husband Don Harrington. She is survived by: her husband S. P. Kay; her daughters, Jeanie Rhea (Steve) of DeRidder and Jill; her grandsons, Michael Rhea (Kelli) and Troy; her sons, Loren Brouillette (Houston Wurtle), Carly Gintz (Brad), Kyle Kresser (Brandy), Kasey Monceaux and Bailee Monceaux; and her sister Shirley Salter Lanclos of Lafayette, Louisiana.. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
