He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Pelham and Clara Pelham (McCloud); and his siblings, Eleanor Kane, Deborah Green and Lou Pelham.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Pelham (Landingham); his daughters, Stephanie Pelham (Barry Foster) and Marsha Pelham; his granddaughter Kayla Nichols (Alexander) of Bridge City; and his siblings, Sandra Steel and Kenneth Pelham.
