He is survived by: his spouse Billie Jean Hawkins of Bridge City; his children, Jennifer Jean Peters (Stan) of Pompano Beach, Yvonne Hawkins of Mesquite, Carl Lee Hawkins of Jacksboro, Treva Lynn Newman of Bridge City and Pamelia Williams (Sammy) of Boyd, Texas; and his siblings, Shirley Showah of Indianola and Irwin Hawkins of Indianola, Mississippi. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
