He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wiley O'Kelley and Gladys Seagraves O'Kelley; and his sister Edna Lisotta. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette DuBose O'Kelley; his daughters, Monica O'Kelley-Colvin (Judy) of Bridge City and Kimberly Mayea (Adam) of Groves; and his grandchildren, Jordan Jones, Travis Mayea, Tristan Mayea and Torri Mayea. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
