He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalton Simon and Eva Mae Simon; and his brothers, Arthur Joseph Simon and Steve Simon. He is survived by: his significant other Mildred White of Starks, LA; and his siblings, Raymond Simon (Betty) of Mauriceville, Jim Simon (Linda) of Bridge City, Chester Simon of Vidor and Edward Simon (Vicky) of Orange. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
