He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Burnis James Sr. and Alma James (Alexander). He is survived by: his wife Janice James; his children, Jaclyn Phillips (David "Skipper") of Bridge City, TX and Jason James (Mandie) of Bryan, TX; his grandchildren, Brie Balsano (Stuart) of Bridge City, TX, Chloe Phillips of Bridge City, TX, Hudson James of Bryan, TX and Hamilton James of Bryan, TX; his siblings, Doris Ann Douglas (Bill), Margaret Botch (Nick), Frank James Jr. (Evelyn) and John James (Melinda); and his pet Miley.
