He was predeceased by: his wife Helene Litton; and his parents, Herman Litton and Oma Litton. He is survived by: his wife Joy Litton; his daughters, Sherry Litton Perdue (Edward) of Austin and Mickey Litton Gisclar (Jackie) of Bridge City; his grandchildren, Teri Peveto Daigle (Duke) of Fannett, Lisa Peveto of Buna, Brooke Schaefer Harrison of Bridge City, Phillip Schaefer of Cypress, Clark Shores (Ingrid) of Groves and Derek Shores of Austin; his great grandchildren, Ty Daigle, Tanner Crumpton, Trace Crumpton, Carli Crumpton, Carson Shores, Alexandra Shores, Ross Schaefer, Ryland Schaefer and Kyndall Harrison; and his stepsons, James Hellums, Larry Hellums and Kim Hellums.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Herman "Moe" Litton Scholarship at Stephen F. Austin State University.
