It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heinie Dell Pate (Bridge City, Texas), born in Quail, Texas, who passed away on May 6, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pate and Eloise Pate; and his brothers, Walter Whitfield Pate, Billy Joe Pate, James Harold Pate and Judge Pat Pate.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Pate of Bridge City; his daughters, Shelley Pate Goldstein (Tom Cox) of Austin and Penny Pate Rigney (Ross) of Lake Charles; his stepsons, Erik Michael Esser (Katharine) of Fort Worth and Paul Robert Esser (Jennifer) of Doylestown, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Jordan Goldstein, Juliet Goldstein, Zac Picard (Laura), Mac McHale, Jack McHale, Daisy Rigney and Rosco Rigney; his great grandchild Liza Jane Picard; and his nieces and nephews, Tommy Pate of Kingwood, Pat Pate, Jr. of Poteau, Bill Pate of Poteau, Julie Pate of Poteau and Kirksey Pate of Poteau. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
