He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Jennifer Fowler Duke of Lumberton and Glynn Martin Fowler, Jr.; his brothers, Willis Marion "Billy" Fowler III (Lorraine) of Longview, Lynn Fowler of League City and Benn Fowler (Elaine) of Walker, LA.; and his grandchildren, Hannah James, Elizabeth "Liz" Duke, Tori Fowler, Ethan and Laytin DeCuir. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.
