She is survived by: her parents, Phillip Muckelrath and Delia Muckelrath (Vann); her husband Dr. Paul Neal; her children, Madison Grenolds (Scott) of Bridge City, Tyler Tibbitts (Nicole Frankel) of Frisco, Dustin Tibbitts (Laura Fontenot) of Bridge City, Keegan Neal and Gabriel Neal; her granddaughter Savannah Grenolds; her brother Ron Muckelrath; and her niece Keeli Muckelrath.
