He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Mann White; his parents, Jack William White Sr. and Antoinette Helfrich White; and his siblings, Jack William White Jr., Bruce White, Evelyn White Huber, Vivian White Blysard and Betty Jean White. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
