He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Foster and Nola Foster; and his sister Sue. He is survived by: his wife Marshia Karen; his children, Jim William, Heith Alan (Marla), Julia Karen and April; his grandchildren, Amanda, Ashly, Rachael, Tiffany, Kylie, Jeremy, Justin and Joshua; his nieces and nephews, Theda Anderson, Sherrie Albers, Charlene (Ronnie Hardin), Mark Schneider (Sherry) and Derek Foster; and his brothers, Robert, John David and Thomas Wayne.
