He is survived by: his wife Dollie; his children, Kim Waters and Sean Waters; his grandchildren, Ciara Mueller, Samantha Pennington, Crystal Waters and Nevan Waters; his great grandchildren, Stella Pennington and Lucas Mueller of Indiana; his father-in-law Keith Twiggs; his grandmother Mills of Brenham; his sister-in-law Donna Mann (Bob) of Kingwood, TX; and his granddaughter Destiny Sewell of Hempstead, TX.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
