He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Vann and Verna Vann (Mauk); his siblings, Vernon Vann, JP Vann, Joe Vann, Luther Vann, Will Vann Jr., Faye Moore, Alpha Dooley and Mozelle Sanders; and his son Lane Vann.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Vann of Bremond; his children, Michelle Vann (Logan Solley) of Bremond, Barry Vann of Bremond, Terry Vann (Rebecca) of Lockhart, Dwaine Vann (Anne-Marie) of Spring Branch and Bradley Vann of Bremond; and his sisters, Loretta Barnett of Milano and Maudie Barnett of Franklin. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren.
