Medina Jr. and Jerry Medina (Theresa); and her grandchildren, Jacqui Montemayor, Eric Medina, Vanessa Wageman, Lauren, Armando Gelista, Katlin Flinn, Anthony, Teresa Agee, Kevin, Andrea Prater, Kimberly, Chris Howard, Kristin, Blake Pitts, Keith Medina, Melissa Medina and John Daron Medina. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
