He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Lewis and Cora Lillian Lasater-Lewis; and his siblings, Cleo Lewis, Joe Lewis, Lester Lewis, Juanita George, Lea Cash and Nelda Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Johnson of Breckenridge; his children, Brad Lewis (Lisa) of Odessa, Texas and Jill Stucks (Brian) of Little Elm, Texas; his grandchildren, Justin Lewis (Rachael), Makenzie Gomez (Jonathan), Jared Lewis (Mekayla), Collin Stucks and Tyler Stucks; his brother Ernest Lewis (Susan) of New Blaine, Arkansas; his sister-in-law Estelene Lewis of Duncan, Oklahoma; and his uncle F. C. Lasater (Mary Jo) of Monett, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
