“Mr Popnoe was one of my favorite teachers at Brady High and he cared about every student that took his class. There were many evenings that he tutored me and encourage me every step of the way to get my education. As a youth there are individuals that motivate and inspire you to be the best you can be and Matt was one of those individuals that God placed in my life for that purpose. He was a teacher, friend and I considered him family. He will be greatly missed. David Roper”
