It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie James McDonald of Brady, Texas, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Kathie Sue McDonald. He is survived by: his children, Scott Shantz, Kirk McDonald, Joe McMenamy, Jeremy McDonald, Lynn McDonald Delamielleure, Samantha Fitterman, Jill Shantz Terrell and Jamie Sneathen. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the McCulloch County Chamber of Commerce.
