He is survived by: his daughter Kassie Bice (Eric Carothers) of Tulia, Texas; his stepson Shane Speed (Tricia) of Tulia, Texas; his sisters, Neva Moore of Killeen, Sheila Bulman (Rick) of Enterprise and Judy Sumner (Ron) of Meridian, Idaho; and his grandchildren, Skyler, Ty, Kaleb and Royce. He is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
