He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Clarence Hodge and Jackie Hodge; and his brother Lanise Dale Hodge. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Hodge, Jr. (Rebecca) of Borger, Paul Hodge (Silvia) of Amarillo and Lonnie Hodge (Serena) of Borger; and his siblings, Kerry Hodge of Fritch, Pam Leinen (Jimmy) of Pampa, Peggy White of Claude and Kathy Berry (James) of Kansas.
In lieu of flowers his memory may be honored with a gift to the Biblical Apostolic Church, 217 S. Main St, Borger, Texas 79007.
