He was predeceased by: his wife Thresa Arthur; his parents, Philip Arthur and Edythe Arthur; his sister Rhonda Arthur Vaughan; and his parents-in-law, Jack and Cecile Chappell.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Arthur of Canadian, Texas, Tambra Griffin of Weatherford, Texas and Todd Arthur of Amarillo, Texas.; his sister Cindy Arthur Maloney of Denton, Texas; his grandchildren, Abigail Griffin, Weldon Griffin, Jaxon Arthur and Ben Arthur; his nieces and nephews, Julie Vaughan, Nathan Vaughan, Emily Vaughan, Joshua Vaughan, Jarod Maloney, Carla Heard, Stephanie Chavez, Kylie McQuary and Cole McQuary; and also, Roxanne Arthur, Derek Collier, Jim Vaughan, Buster Maloney, Jacqueline, Jay Johnston, Carl, Nancy Chappell, Sue Hooten and Bill Simmons.
