She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Elliott and Joeldine Elliott; her husband Bobby Powell, Sr.; her children, Hope Brown, Bobby Powell, Jr. (Hazel Pengson) of Dumfries, Virginia and Deann Culver (Wade) of Pampa; her siblings, Wayne Elliott of Abilene, Don Elliott of Columbia, TN and Alpha Elliott of Abilene; and her grandchildren, Mandi Powell, Johnnie Powell, Brandi King, Oliver Berry, Antony Powell, Preston Powell, William Powell, Brandon Brown, Brian Brown and Glenda Rodibaugh. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews as well as extended family.
