We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2021, at the age of 80, Leota McDonald of Borger, Texas, born in Kemp, Oklahoma passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leota McDonald to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Martin Simpson and Vivian Frances Venable Simpson; her former husbands, Monte Dee Ward and Tom Overstreet; and her sisters, Nadine Gunkel and Vera Kay Dobbs.
She is survived by: her husband Leon McDonald; her children, Monte Overstreet, Tommie Overstreet (Lori), Brian Overstreet (Jamie), Rick McDonald (Terri), Steve McDonald (Marcy), Micki Fields and Karen York (Steve); her grandchildren, Joshua Fields, Kaleb Fields (Haley Richmond) and Jayden Fields; her great grandchildren, Piper and Eli; and her sisters, Shirley Ann Wolfe (Kenneth), Linda Anderson, Barbara Schlott (Jim) and Peggy Smith. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers her memory may be honored with a gift to Riverview Baptist Church, where she has been a member since 1966.
