He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kemp and Nellie Kemp; and his siblings, Jimmy, Glen, Karron and Mary Louise.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Larry Scott Kemp (Shaila) of Pratt, Crystal Gray (Billy) of El Reno and Jamie Neumann (Dale) of Borger; and his sisters, Janice Denette, Darlene Duncan (Jimmy) and Laraine Brons (David). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-greatgrandchild.
