He was predeceased by: his father Brad Nivens; his grandparents, Larry Joe Nivens, Jr., Robert and Jane Hunt; and his great-grandparents, Larry Joe Nivens, Sr. and Carolyn Nivens.
He is survived by: his wife Laura; his son Brecken of Borger; his mother Stacy Nivens of Borger; his mother-in-law Julie Keeth of Borger; his brothers, Brady Nivens of Borger and Caleb Howell of Rock Port, Texas; and his grandmothers, Elisha McLaughlin, Betty Watkins of Fritch and Beverly Fields of Borger. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and a host of extended family.
