He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Edward Doak and Minnie Estelle Price; his stepfather Charles Price; and his brother Edward Doak. He is survived by: his wife Bea of Borger; his children, Barbara Blanton (Brent) of Amarillo, Laura Gibson (Ronnie) of Borger and Johnny Lee Doak, Jr. (Irma) of Borger; his sisters, Darlene Lankford (Weldon) of Mesquite and Rita Hawkins (Terry) of Amarillo; his grandchildren, Michelle, Shelby, Tyler, Korbyn, Sasha, Cameron, Bailey and Kendall; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Maddyx, Alaina and Lillian.
