We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jo Slaybaugh of Borger, Texas, born in Nowata, Oklahoma. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Woody and Myrtle Marie Smith Woody; her husband W. D. "Bill" Slaybaugh Jr.; and her brother James Clark Woody. She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Dean Slaybaugh (Marilyn) of Springdale and Jerry Don Slaybaugh (Donna) of Galveston Island; her grandchildren, Jessica Farris (Gene), Cristen Gillman (Matt), Jamie Gregory (Jon), William Brandon Slaybaugh, Jerry Don Slaybaugh, II, Amy Lyn Winfield and Joel N. Brown (Nicole); and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Waldrep of Borger, Linda Slaybaugh of Pampa and Val Jean Parks of Douglas, Wyoming.. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
