He was predeceased by: his parents, I. B. Rodriguez and Frances Garza Rodriguez; and his siblings, Victor, Albert, Enedina, Yolanda and Louisa.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ofelia, Juanita, Irene and Mike. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and host of extended family.
