He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Dwyane Short, Jr. of Corpus Christy, Larry Cardwell (Misty) of Angle, Texas, Tamra Hilton (Michael) of Borger and Samantha Kuhn of Dallas; his grandchildren, Colt, Sadie, Brittney, Tiffany, Anthony, Jaci, Joely and Liberty; and his brother Neal Short (Connie) of Stinnett. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
