He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clarence, Iva Fain of Borger, Terrell and Dorothy Cummings of Webb, Mississippi.. He is survived by: his parents, Charlie Cummings of Flower Mound and Jo Carol Fain Cummings of Denton; his children, Destiny Cummings of Flower Mound, Erik Cummings of Flower Mound and Charlie Cummings (Nadia) of Jackson, Tennessee; and his siblings, Mark Cummings (Jennifer) of Borger and Lezlie Beley (Jeff) of Denton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
