He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Martha Munoz of Borger; his children, Ricardo Rios of Mexico, Mario Rios of Borger, Raymond Rios (Gabina) of Borger, Manuel Rios (Sylvia) of Crowley, Hector Rios (Brenda) of Borger, Cecilia Munoz (Leno) of Borger, Noemi Webb (Robert) of North Carolina, Ruth Gonzales (Jesus) of Borger, Cindy Rios of Borger, Judy Holguin (Raul) of Borger, Patricia Rios of Borger and Ellie Rios of Borger; and his siblings, Manual Rios of Mexico, Alicia Chavez (Lorenzo) of El Paso and Catalina Barraza (Salvador) of Mexico. He is also survived by 47 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
