She is survived by: her son Scott Strickland of Corpus Christi; her grandchildren, Hunter, Mikayla Strickland, Gabrielle Strickland, Katy and Chris Yancy; her great grandchildren, Fletcher and Brooks Yancy; and her brother Wayne Hooten of Dallas.
