She was predeceased by: her parents, Ascencion Gonzalez and Antonia Alma Godinez Gonzalez; her husband Jose Manual Gaytan; her brothers, Balde, Carlos and Fernando; and her grandson Alberto Vega, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Jose Gaytan of Borger, Maria Guillen (Eleno) of Borger, Diana Vega (Alberto) of Borger, Precilla Garcia (Ignacio) of Borger and JoAnn Garcia (Juan) of Abilene; and her siblings, Arturo Gonzalez (Susie) of Alice, Alnufo (Antonia) of Alice, Encarnacion of Alice, Jesse of Alice, Rachel Castillo (David) of Alice and Isabel Gonzlez of Alice. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren.
