He was predeceased by: his stepfather Bill Riddle. He is survived by: his parents, Loretta Riddle of Amarillo and Perry Scales of Wilburton, Oklahoma; his daughter Diana "Prissi" Scales of Amarillo; his brother Michael Scales of Borger; his stepsisters, Debbie Magenot of Borger, Susan Brunson of Woodward, OK and Paulette Conner of Bremen, GA; and his grandchildren, Austin Ingram of Amarillo, Brooklyn Ingram of Amarillo and Sayre Lay of Amarillo.
