She is survived by: her children, Jose Diaz and Isabella Diaz; her fiancé Michael Givan; her siblings, Juan Betancourt, Candi Moreno and Brandi Collins; her aunt Donna Gabbert; and her cousins, Jered and Justin Lowe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
