Page; his children, James Daniel Applegate (Jim) and Myrna Sutter of Medicine Lodge; his sister Myrna Robinson of Hutchinson; and his grandchildren, Logan Ball, Lisa Ball, Landon Ball, Lacey Ruhl, Jay Applegate and Shayla Applegate Searcy. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
