With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Joseph Meade of Boerne, Texas, born in Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on August 13, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Meade and Alice Meade; his son Christopher; his former wife Lesley Edgeworth Meade; and his sisters, Jane Neal and Joan Loar.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Meade; his son Daniel Joshua Meade (Ashley Meade); his sisters, Mary Roberson, Carol Lee (Jimmy Lee) and Janet Ross; his grandson Tyler Meade; his stepchildren, Aaron Trovillion (Jenni Trovillion), David Tietze (Emily Tietze), Shawn Tietze (Jamie Lemay-Tietze) and Dawn Jorgenson (David Jorgenson); and his stepgrandchildren, Cameron Tietze, Maeve Trovillion, Lucy Trovillion, Harper Tietze and Dakota Jorgenson.

Memorials may be given to Mission MSA, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Pancreatic Cancer Society.
